Panama 1 - Jamaica 1

Jamaica invited Panama to the Office in Kingston for their first home match of the CONCACAF Fourth Round.  Midway through the first period, Jamaica earned their first corner.  Demar Phillips whipped in the corner and Marvin Elliot rose above his defender to head the ball away for Jamaica's opening goal.  At the tail end of the half, Blas Perez was sliding in for a redirect on a cross, but his effort bounced over the goalkeeper and wide of Jamaica's goal.  Jamaica kept their 1-0 lead through halftime.

After the resumption of play, it was clear that Jamaica were holding on for dear life.  Twenty minutes in, Panama found their breakthrough with Luis Henriquez hitting a twenty-two yards bouncer into the back of the net.  The dearth of goals in this match with such great attacking impetus shown by both sides was due to stellar defense from both teams.  Jamaica almost had a late winner, but Garath McCleary steered his shot from outside the box around the outside of the far post.  Panama and Jamaica split the points with a 1-1 draw.
