The six top seeds in CONCACAF join the party for round three, along with the six group winners from round two. The twelve teams were split into three groups of four teams each. Each team will play the other three teams in their group home and away for a total of six minutes. The top two teams in each group advance to the final round of CONCACAF qualifying, the glorious hexagonal.The top seed in each group is listed first, followed by the second seed, the third seed, and the fourth seed. These matches are scheduled to take place between June 2012 and October 2012.
